At Mahsa The Label, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner, therefore we have established the following delivery procedures to ensure a smooth process:

Shipping Options: 

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300AUD within Australia. For international orders, we provide standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 9-21 business days.
  • Express Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer express shipping at checkout for both metro area and international orders. Express shipping within Australia typically takes 1-2 business days, while international express orders are delivered within 3-10 business days. More specific delivery times are available to view at checkout.

Processing Time: 

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Our team works diligently to ensure that your items are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.        

Please note that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays.

 Delivery Condition: 

It is important to us that your order arrives in perfect condition. To ensure this, please make sure to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. 

We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Address confirmation is given on the review & buy page at the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact via email Admin@mahsathelabel.com.  Please note there may be instances where we are unable to correct or amend your address. 

Delivery Exceptions: 

While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, there may be unforeseen circumstances that could cause delays. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, or other external factors beyond our control. In such cases, if you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.

Taxes & Duties 

Australian customers will not face any duties or taxes on their shipments upon arrival as our warehouses are located in Australia. 

For our valued international customers, it is important to note that duties and taxes may be charged upon the arrival of your package. These charges are imposed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes due for their package.

In the event that the buyer fails to settle the customs charge, we will need to wait for the courier to return the parcel to our warehouse before initiating the refund process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this procedure and in adhering to this policy.

Tracking Your Order:

We deeply appreciate your recent purchase and are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the parcel on the courier's website. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected arrival date.
