1. Can I purchase a gift card from Mahsa The Label?

Yes, we offer the convenience of the Mahsa The Label GIFT CARD. It's the perfect way to give the gift of choice and ensure your loved ones can find the perfect outfit.

2. What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns for store credit. However, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please note that Final Sale items are excluded from the return policy. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has no marks or stains, including makeup and spray tan
  • The item does not have any odor, including deodorant, perfume, body odor, or washing powder
  • The item has the returns tag still secured
  • A receipt and proof of purchase are available

Please note that Mahsa The Label reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Mahsa The Label.

3. What are your shipping options?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300AUD for orders within Australia. Express shipping is also available at checkout for metro area and international orders. All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, and all international express orders are shipped via Australia Post/DHL. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Please note that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on Australian public holidays.

Domestic Shipping within Australia:

- Standard: 3-5 business days

- Express: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

- Standard: 9-21 business days

- Express: 3-10 business days
