Returns

At Mahsa The Label, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we are here to assist you in the process.

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes preferences can change, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore returns are accepted in exchange for store credit but we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please see below for more information about store credit.

Final Sale items are also excluded from our return policy.

Return Requirements:

Please ensure that your return meets these requirements to ensure a smooth return process.

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • The item should not have any marks or stains, including makeup and spray tan.
  • The item should not have any odour, including deodorant, perfume, body odour, or washing powder.
  • The returns tag should still be secured to the item.
  • A receipt and proof of purchase should be available.

It is important to note that Mahsa The Label reserves the right to reject returns that exceed the return time period limit, items that are not in their original condition or items that have been damaged/tampered with. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Mahsa The Label. If in any instance there is a failure to the pay return shipping cost, the package will be held until the fee has been paid. 

Please note that all products are thoroughly inspected and quality tested by our warehouse prior to packaging. This is to ensure that your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, ready for whatever the special occasion may be!

Store Credit Returns:  

Store credit is available when returned within 10 days of delivery. Store credit will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of when the return has been received by our warehouse.

Store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and is valid for 12 months. Once received, the store credit is active and available to use as soon as possible.

Australian return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $9.99 and is couriered via Australia Post. This fee is deducted from the total returned value.

New Zealand return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $16.99. This fee is deducted from the total returned value.

If you are returning from an alternate country, the shipping service and cost are to be completed via your local postal service. In this instance we advise you to use a tracked and insured delivery service as Mahsa The Label will not be held responsible if your delivery courier misplace or damage your return.
